All of these complaints I compiled by asking friends, colleagues and peers what their biggies were when it came to customer service and the lack of it and how they choose who to do business with.
What sets you apart from your competitors? Price is not the biggest consideration for as many customers or potential customers as you might think. Why do high end restaurants succeed, why do personal service businesses succeed? If people did not want to pay for good service, certain industries would never exist. People pay for expertise, convenience and SERVICE.
